At Seductive Seekers, we are always trying to make our platform a transparent and safe place for our users. With this Dispute/Complaint Resolution Policy, we intend to outline the process you need to follow to report and resolve the complaints related to content, user interaction and policies of our platform. We strive to handle all complaints from our users transparently and efficiently and that too as per the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Dispute/Complaint Resolution Process is applicable to all complaints and dispute regarding published content on Seductive Seekers, including but not limited to;
- Illegal, misleading, or non-compliant content reports
- Content removal requests showing individuals without their consent.
- Advertising policies, account actions, or payments disputes
At Seductive Seekers, we will review all these complaints with adherence to our Terms & Conditions, Content Monitoring Policy, and relevant legal requirements.
2. How to Submit a Complaint
To submit complaints, a user will have to use our official complaint form or email us at support@seductiveseekers.com. For a prompt review of your complain, here is what you should follow;
- A detailed description of the issue.
- The URL or reference to the disputed content.
- Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or relevant communication.
- Contact details for follow-up correspondence.
If your complaint lacks necessary details or is unclear, it may result in processing delays. Additionally, there are two alternative ways to report issues directly through our website, as outlined in points 3 and 4 below.
3. Report an Ad
- Every ad has a unique Ad ID and a “Report” button on its details page.
- Clicking the “Report” button sends a complaint directly to our support team.
- Our team will review the report, take necessary action if required, and inform the user via email about the resolution.
4. Content Removal Requests
At Seductive Seekers, we respect consent and that is why if an individual appears in photos or videos or any such content published on the platform without consent, that person will have the right to request us for removal of such content. If you are depicted in an image or content and wish to request its removal, follow these steps:
- Visit our Contact Page.
- Write “Content Removal Request” as the subject.
- Provide details, including your message and email.
- You will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging your request.
- Our team will review the request within 48 working hours and resolve it within seven (7) business days.
- You will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your request.
5. Review and Resolution Timeline
Once a complaint is submitted, we will review it within 48 working hours. For general disputes, we will assess the provided evidence and notify the complainant of our decision within seven (7) business days. If additional information is required, we will request it before reaching a final resolution. In cases involving illegal content, we will take immediate action to remove it upon confirmation. Complaints related to legal violations may be escalated to law enforcement or relevant authorities as necessary.
6. Appeals Process
At Seductive Seekers, we believe in fairness. If a user disagrees with the resolution from the initial review, they may submit an appeal within seven (7) business days of receiving the decision. The appeal should include a detailed explanation of why the decision should be reconsidered, along with any supporting evidence. Appeals must be submitted by replying to the same email thread where the resolution was communicated. We will review the appeal within five (5) business days and communicate the final decision to the complainant through the same email channel.
7. Compliance and Enforcement
If we find users repeatedly violating our platform policies, we will take strict action against them which may result in account suspension or permanent banning of the account. In case an advertiser posts illegal or misleading content, we will immediately remove their advertisements without refund. For complaints involving criminal activities, we will be cooperating with the law enforcement as needed to by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. Changes to This Process
At Seductive Seekers, we have the rights to change or update this Dispute/Complaint Resolution Process whenever we deem necessary. Any such changes will be updated on this page and if you continue using our website, it will be deemed as an acceptance of the updated Dispute/Complaint Resolution Process from your side.
